Considering a study contracted earlier, it has been revealed that consuming oil fish supplements reduces the effects of air pollution on heart.

Study of the people who are exposed to air pollution has revealed that existing micropollutants in air lead to various health problems such as asthma, cerebral stroke, arrhythmia and cardiac failure.
It is assumed that existing micropollutants in air cause level of lipid of body be changed. Moreover, there are different evidences confirming that the said micropollutants also increase risk of cardiovascular diseases and mortalities caused by the same.
This is the first study, which is contracted on the relationship between consuming oil fish supplements and retraction of the effects of air on heart. It is revealed that slight changes in daily diet may nullify some effects of air pollution on health.

In the aforesaid study, researchers divided 29 persons of 50-70 years old into two groups. One group was given olive oil supplement and another group was provided with fish oil supplement respectively.
The said persons live in the environment with severe air pollution.
The aforesaid individuals enjoyed perfect health and had no past diabetes, cardiovascular or pulmonary disorders. Moreover, the aforesaid persons didn’t smoke for at least one year.

Fish oil is full of unsaturated fatty acids of Omega 3, which prevents decrease of heartbeats due to exposure to polluted air, as it is said.
Decrease of heartbeats is associated with death and development of arrhythmia.  
The results of the said study reveal that consuming fish oil capsules as a personal measure may be regarded as a cost-effective strategy for health protection.

As reported by Health News, quoted from ISNA, Dr David E. McCarthy, one of the specialists from Health Sciences Center of Louisiana University in Shreveport and his assistants at the said University, pointed out: “Previous studies and fresh reviews confirm that decrease of level of Vitamin D in human body may be associated with sever sleepiness in daytime, directly or due to chronic pains.
Dr McCarthy stated on this case: “Although we have received there is a significant relationship between level of Vitamin D and sleepiness, mechanism of such relation is apparently more complicated than what we have imagined in the past”.
He further added: “At this stage, follow up of results of fresh studies and deeper examination on the said relation is of great importance. According to the said examinations, it was found that regarding the patients whose Vitamin D is at normal level at their body, an increase of feeling of sleepiness in daytime with decrease of level of Vitamin D are observed.

Urinary infection: A nightmare for women
Infection of urinary tract is one of the most prevalent bacterial infections among women. Professor Ki Yu Shi Ito, one of research members of To Ho Ku University stated: “Various combinations of coffee are correlated for reducing risk of cancer.
Ito also further added: “If this Japanese team designates which one of combinations of coffee has the greatest role in reducing risk of cancer, it shall be a great help for prevention of cancer and treatment of the said disease”.

پس آن چه به عنوان نتیجه می توان بیان نمود آنست که استفاده از مکملهای غذایی حتی در کسانی که آزمایشات ژنتیکی شانس ابتلای آنان را به آلزایمر نشان داده است، تاثیری در پیشگیری از بروز اختلالات ادراکی مغزی نخواهد داشت. اما تغییرات رفتاری و اصلاح شیوه زندگی برای کاهش میزان خطر بیماریهای قلبی و عروقی بیشتر می تواند در پیشگیری از بروز آلزایمر موثر باشد. بر همین اساس برنامه ریزی منظم زیر نظر متخصصین تغذیه در افراد با ریسک بالای ابتلا به آلزایمر و اختلالات ادراکیپ مغزی توصیه می گردد.

* عنصر کروم: که ممکن است به کنترل سطوح قند خون و همچنین کاهش وزن، کمک نماید. * عنصر منیزیم: سطوح عنصر منیزیم اغلب در افرادی که مشکلاتی در رابطه با ترشح انسولین دارند و نیز در افرادی که دچار عوارض دیابت هستند، پایین می باشد. ولی آیا این که مصرف مکمل های منیزیم می تواند در بهبود و یا تخفیف این عوارض موثر باشد و یا خیر، هنوز مشخص نیست. * عنصر وانادیوم: عنصر وانادیوم ممکن است حساسیت بدن نسبت به هورمون انسولین را افزایش دهد.
و اما چگونه مکمل های غذایی می توانند در کنترل قند خون ایجاد اختلال کنند؟
علاوه بر آن که مصرف مکمل های غذایی می توانند در کنترل دیابت مفید باشند، از طرفی مصرف برخی از مکمل های غذایی نیز ممکن است برای بیماری دیابت مُضر باشند.

در نهایت آیا توصیه می شود که مکمل ها در بیماری دیابت مصرف شوند و یا خیر؟ اطلاعات در مورد مکمل های غذایی در بیماری دیابت هنوز ناپخته و ناکامل است و یک نسخه ی مشخص و مطمئن برای مصرف مکمل ها در بیماری دیابت وجود ندارد. پس حتما در این مورد با پزشک معالج تان مشورت کنید. این اولین قدم در گرفتن تصمیم صحیح در مورد استفاده و مصرف مکمل ها در بیماری دیابت می باشد.
